Terms And Conditions

Communication and Interaction Policy:

The learner agrees to refrain from engaging in personal transactions or conversations with their trainer outside of the live classes or authorized communication channels provided by Fluentoo. Fluentoo will not be held responsible for any conversations or interactions that occur between the learner and the trainer or any other party without the supervision of an authorized person or through unauthorized communication channels. The learner agrees to communicate with Fluentoo and its representatives only through authorized channels, such as email addresses ending in '@fluentoo.com' or other authorized communication methods as provided by Fluentoo.

Binding Agreement and Successors:

These terms and conditions shall be binding upon the learner's successors and assigns.

Enforceability and Provisions:

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Equipment and Internet Connectivity:

The learner is responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary equipment and internet connection to participate in the live classes. Fluentoo will not be held responsible for any issues related to the learner's equipment or internet connection.

Code of Conduct and Other Policies:

The learner must adhere to the code of conduct and any other policies provided by Fluentoo. Failure to do so may result in the termination of the learner's enrollment.

Modification and Cancellation of Classes:

Fluentoo reserves the right to modify or cancel any live class or course at any time, without prior notice. In the event of a cancellation, the learner will be provided with a full refund or the option to transfer to a different class or course.

Refund Policy:

The learner may request a refund after completing a minimum of 8 out of 10 Sessions, provided the request is made immediately after the completion of the 10th Session and the learner has maintained a minimum attendance rate of 80% in the first 10 classes. The non-refundable amount is 3,500 with the remaining balance being eligible for a refund. The refund will be processed between 7-14 days from the date of valid refund initiation. Release, Indemnification, and Limitation of Liability:

The learner agrees to release, indemnify, and hold Fluentoo and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any and all claims, demands, damages, expenses, and liabilities arising out of or in connection with their participation in the live classes or use of the materials provided.

Entire Agreement and Superseding Prior Agreements:

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Fluentoo and the learner, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

Restrictions on Use of Live Classes and Materials:

The live classes provided by Fluentoo are for the personal use of the learner only and cannot be shared with anyone else. The live classes and materials provided by Fluentoo are for the personal use of the learner only and should not be resold or distributed in any manner.

Termination of Enrollment:

Fluentoo reserves the right to terminate the learner's enrollment in the event of a violation of Fluentoo policies.

Indemnification by the Learner:

The learner agrees to indemnify and hold Fluentoo and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of the learner's use of the live classes and materials provided by Fluentoo.

Modification of Terms and Conditions:

Fluentoo reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and the learner is responsible for staying informed of any updates.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Telangana, India and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, India where Fluentoo, a subsidiary of Rmanom Innovations Private Limited is located.
